Epic Cycles Training Ride
When: Every Sunday morning from 6am
Where: Epic Cycles, 81 Baroona Road Paddington QLD 4064
Duration: Rides are of medium pace and generally go for 2-2.5 hours to various destinations around Brisbane.

Mt Coot-tha Training Ride 1
Date: 2nd Saturday of each month
City/Area: Mt Coot-tha
Meet Time: 6:45 am
Start Time: 7:00 am
Distance: approx 40 km
Meeting place: Moorlands Park Auchenflower (next to Wesley Hospital)
Start by climbing Mt. Coot-tha then a lap around the river loop (cross river at UQ, then back at QUT then back to Auchenflower).
Snacks at bathrooms are available at Mt Coot-tha

Start by climbing Mt. Coot-tha then a lap around the river loop cross river at the Go-between bridge and return back to Auchenflower

Mt Nebo & Mt Glorious Training Ride
Date: 4th Sunday of each month
City/Area: The Gap to Mt Glorious return
Meeting time: 6:00 am
Start time: 6:15 am
Meeting Place: Meet at the corner of Settlement Rd and Waterworks Rd, The Gap.
Distance: approx 57km
Details: Ride from The Gap up Mt. Nebo Road, to Mt. Glorious and down Mt. Glorious Rd, back to The Gap. Anyone attending needs to carry water and is advised to carry some emergency snacks.
Water/bathroom/snacks available at Mt. Nebo (summit).
Level of difficulty: Hard, hilly – please note that this ride is not for the feint hearted.

Glass House Mountains Training Ride
Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday
Area: Glass House Mountains
Meeting Place: Glass House Mountains Town Centre Car Park
Meeting Time: 5.15 am
Starting Time: 5.30 am
Distance: 14km
Level of difficulty: good for beginners getting use to hills
Are there bathrooms/water/snacks avail: Bakery open at the end of the ride, toilets avail at the end of the ride too

Cleveland Training Ride
Date: Starting 24th July, next 4 Sunday mornings (depending on numbers)
City/Area: Cleveland Carbrook - Cleveland
Meet Time: 6:15am
Start Time: 6:30am
Distance: 50kms
Meeting place: Rafferties Cafe Cnr Queen and Bloomfield Street Cleveland.
A brief description of the ride: Road ride, good surface, distance 50k’s. Not too much traffic this time of the morning. Expected average speed to be 25kmph.
Are bathrooms and water/snacks available on the route: Limited resources on this route so be sure to bring all your food and drinks, minimum of two bottles are required. Coffee is available after.
Level of difficulty: Intermediate, typical road ride with some rolling hills.
